At the end of the 1990s, at the height of the Belgian tech boom, visionary founders Luc and Geert see their empire collapse when news of their fraud becomes public. Their last day of freedom becomes a stormy quest for redemption from investors, family and their community, in which they discover what really matters.
Dust has been selected for the Berlin Film Festival competition and is in the running for the top prize: the Golden Bear. This is the first time since Hugo Claus’s Vrijdag in 1981 that a Flemish film has been included in the official competition.
