No Other Choice
After 25 years of loyal service, Man-su loses his good job as supervisor of a paper factory. In a desperate attempt to come out on top in his next job interview, Man-su decides to eliminate the competition. A wildly entertaining black comedy from the director of The Handmaiden, Oldboy and Decision to Leave.
The film is based on Donald E. Westlake’s satirical horror thriller The Ax from 1997, which was previously adapted for the screen in 2005 by Costa-Gavras, to whom this film is dedicated.
