Eighteen-year-old Totone sees his carefree existence change abruptly when his father dies. Suddenly the impulsive teenager must care for his younger sister Claire. That responsibility rests heavily on Totone. Until he discovers his passion for making Comté, the French cheese that allows him to win a large sum of money at a local competition.
In her extraordinary debut film, Louise Courvoisier paints a picture of youthful energy and coming-of-age that is as realistic as it is endearing.
