This workshop by Lu \/ Fennel M\u00e9sz\u00e1ros Ortiz and VLOK is an invitation to share an approach to creation and movement based on self-reflection.<\/p>\n

They work with various artistic techniques (charcoal, collage, painting, writing, etc.) to deepen and broaden awareness, and to give form to that which needs to be expressed through us. They wish to share these exercises with artists who want to deepen and broaden their creative work through introspection, meditation and somatic exercises.<\/p>\n
