From a beach in Kobe to the port of Marseille, from Paris to Vienna, a new dance emerges between the lines of archived memories, personal stories and encounters. Japanese-Austrian performance-maker Michikazu Matsune, Dutch painter-performer Theo Kooijman and Martine Pisani herself will take you on a journey through time and space, presenting a tender ode to choreography, vulnerability and friendship.<\/p>\n
What remains of dance when the performance is done? Archive material, personal memories, shared anecdotes, notebooks and drawings are used to reinterpret French choreographer Martine Pisani’s early creations.
