Through a tender death dance celebrating life, an energetic field for reunion and reconciliation arises.\u00a0 This sacred funeral ceremony floats on a deep yearning for rebirth and transforms grief into a raging, saving force. Close your eyes, open your heart and let yourself be carried away on the energy of this colourful requiem.<\/p>\n<p>The rose of Jericho is the perfect symbol for a mourning process. It is the name of a desert plant said to be immortal. For years it can survive half-dead &#8211; or half-living? &#8211; and dehydrated. As soon as rain falls or the rose is watered, it blossoms again. Traces of death and loss also remain in our bodies and minds. A single tear can be enough to revive raw grief.<\/p>\n<p>The danse macabre &#8211; dance of death &#8211; is a common artistic motif found in European folklore as well as in the late Middle Ages. It is an allegory of the levelling power of death: depicting a dance, a round, in which living figures are dragged to the grave by skeletons. The danse macabre blurs social boundaries and mocks them.
