Dit onderzoeksproject verkent de perceptie van gekleurd licht. De fenomenologie van kleur blijft een onbewust proces, zowel voor de ontwerper tijdens een creatief proces als voor de toeschouwers die het waarnemen tijdens een voorstelling. Caroline is geïnteresseerd in hoe het publiek deze sferen waarneemt, aangezien dit onderwerp vrij onontgonnen blijft binnen zowel academisch als artistiek onderzoek.

Caroline Mathieu (BE)

Caroline Mathieu works as a designer for theatre creations. Her role takes various forms: lighting designer, scenographer, performer and researcher. After a master in Product Development and a master after master in Theatre Studies, design and theatre came together in a Scenography course at the Royal Academy of Fine Arts in Antwerp. She is currently working on a PhD in the arts at the Brussels Arts Platform (VUB/RITCS).
