Dark Habits

Together with choreographers Lydia Mcglinchey and Désirée Cerocien, Simon Van Schuylenbergh explores loopholes and laws for a new performance platform ‘Dark Habits’. They do not create solos but group performances with an ever-changing cast of performers. In terms of content, they start from moral ambiguity via the figure of the anarchist nuns in Pedro Almodovar’s film Dark Habits and zoom in on the actions of the activist collective ‘the sisters of perpetual indulgence’.
