Memento 2026 immerses you in a language bath. Through performances, debates, workshops, author meetings, exhibitions, installations and reading sessions, the art of words is revealed in all its forms.

How we live, what we wear and eat: it’s all a social construct. Even absurdism has rules as a genre. What if we break away from all conventions about what language and poetry should be? Perhaps there is an inexhaustible source of creativity and freedom in the absurdity of things. If we embrace chaos and insignificance, will we finally dare to be ourselves?
