Commitment explores through different choreographic materials the experience of commitment as a radical relational state. Anchoring the research in the formality of lines in space, the choreographers together with collaborators will inhabit the territory between the familiar and the unfamiliar and play with the tension between traditions and new paths. During the residency at BUDA the artists will further develop choreographic material for the piece.

Ana Laura Lozza & Bárbara Hang are a performing artist duo. They develop their work in choreography and dance and move transversely among education, dramaturgy, curating and writing. They conceive their artistic practice as a possibility to imagine and move towards new forms of common existence. Through the activation and actualization of affects, questions and desires they inquire into the material and immaterial dimensions of the body in the encounter with others.
